Spending time together at home is not only safer this year but can also be more sentimental. Take this time to really focus on your relationship and create memories you will treasure for years to come. Here are 5 ways you can celebrate Valentine’s Day from the comfort of your own home.

  1. Have a Spa Day

Light some candles or put on your favourite diffuser oils, grab some hydrating face masks, and get ready for a day of feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

  1. Board Game Night

With so many options, from your favourite childhood games to modern releases, you’re bound to find a game that you can both enjoy. There are tons of games that are specifically made for two players too -card games, chess, checkers.

  1. Breakfast in Bed

It may seem a little cliché but making your partner breakfast in bed is a classic for a reason. Who doesn’t love waking up to a sweet (or savoury) surprise?

  1. Order in

Take the night off together and order from your favourite restaurant. It will be less time in the kitchen which means more time together. There are plenty of other places doing pick up or delivery now too, get some flowers or chocolates delivered right to your door.

  1. Ask New Questions

After a while it can seem like you know everything about each other. Take some time to really talk and ask questions. Your partner may appreciate the extra attentiveness and you may learn something new about your relationship.
